Picked up my brand new Nissan 350Z today.
How do you turn off this automatic leveler?!?!? The system in my 2000 Pathfinder is quite good but this one... It sounds okay for a second when I set it where I want it but as soon as I start moving, wind noise, engine noise, etc. the thing automatically starts changing things.. for the WORST!
Bass becomes muffled, Treble cuts out almost entirely... it only seems to remain constant if I have the volume cranked... this feature is extremely frustrating and is ruining my new car experience. Is there any way to fix this and/or turn off this autoleveling feature?
TIA,
John

I have talked to my dealer at length about this issue and he contacted Bose directly. He was passed from person to person and finally made it to and engineer in the OEM division. The guy actually told him that he would send him the wiring diagram for the Bose system in the Z. But, yet another lie. One week later and still no diagram. He has tried calling the guy back but he will not answer. I think we need to bombard Bose with e-mails and calls ourselves. Can you post the e-mail address for this Patty Bolack?

Didn't get a direct email address unfortunately. The return email address was just support@bose.com.
