Haha that is good on your part. Legally he is at fault and that's how insurance will see it. Full speed to me sounds like speed limit to me. Lol guy sounds like a lieing *******, didn't look behind him and just backed up.

I would think whatever state you're in it should be the person backing up at fault.

I know this has nothing to do with your thread, but I'd like to know what about the markings on the police car in the photo.

It says "Accredited Agency 612" on the rear fender. What's that?

I feel like we've been building this strong foundation for a long term stable relationship. And now all of that is in jeopardy... I don't know how I'm going to survive without you here bro... but I hope you come back...
