Haha that is good on your part. Legally he is at fault and that's how insurance will see it. Full speed to me sounds like speed limit to me. Lol guy sounds like a lieing *******, didn't look behind him and just backed up.
I would think whatever state you're in it should be the person backing up at fault.
So I was leaving my development and some guy decides that he just wants to back out of his driveway without looking. This actually happened before when I had my old car but I was lucky enough that he stopped that time. Anyway, theres a bend than theres a straight piece of rode with 5 or 6 houses than theres another tiny bend (his house is one of the last houses), when the cop got here he told him that I was "speeding" than he went on to say he was "slowly" backing out and DID NOT see anything. So how the **** did you "see" that I was speeding?!? Its people like this that just **** me off so much, the guy was actually lucky the cop was there bc my dad and I were ready to break this guys face in. We know the guy who runs a body shop so hopefully tmrw I will have some good news that they can fix everything, hopefully just cosmetic damage. New fender, front bumber, maybe a door, a new rim, and than interior parts bc of the 2 airbags. Ill keep you guys updated.
P.S. - The car wouldnt start but my Uncle said that might just be a saftey thing bc the airbags went off... Anyone have any insight on this?
Br0, I hope this isn't goodbye either... You've contributed so much over the past 5 months. I felt like we've really had a connection you know? A bond. I feel like we've been building this strong foundation for a long term stable relationship. And now all of that is in jeopardy... I don't know how I'm going to survive without you here bro... but I hope you come back...
