I wonder how much Honda under rates the accord v6 h.p the newer manual coupes are pretty quick fore its crank hp which is still lower then the d.e 350z hp.

They've really clamped down on that over the years. Even though the Accord has slightly less HP/TQ it also has less drivetrain loss. Combine that with modern engine technology and on a dyno its quite possible the Accord has a better looking curve.
