Default Upper Plenum Refinishing

I recently purchased a Motordyne 5/16 plemum spacer and thought I would refinish the upper plenum while I was in there to make it look cleaner. I plan on glass beading it and was just wondering if anybody on here has done that before or has any suggestions. Looking forward to hearing some feedback, Thanks.

Would help the process significantly. I had mine polished and they used a sander. I can see some tiny scratches in hidden areas of the plenum.

Thanks for the pics Taryon, that looks great. Not sure if I'm wanting that smooth of a finish but we'll see. I plan on Glass beading it sometime next week and will upload pics. I've thought of sanding it but thought I would try something else. Thanks for the responses guys, much appreciated.

Problem with polished is that you start to want everything clean and shiny.

Nissan should make the HR intake manifold shines like this in the first place, rather than that cheap black plastic mold.

True. That is one of the reason why every time I open the HR hood and see the furgly black plastic intake manifold, but I still smile.

POLISH!
Check with Crawford Z in Nashville.
Doug did mine about 3 years ago.
Dunno what the current price is.
I paid a net difference after sending back my
plenum of about 50-75 bucks.
Great quality,fast turn around.

That plenum looks really trick especially with the red washers. It looks like there's been a fair few hours gone into reworking that. I'd love one but I'm afraid it would just embarrass the rest of my engine bay.
