Default 2007 clutch problems

I push my clutch in turn on the car ... clutch feels normal has full pressure & doesn't stick to the floor!!
Car is in first gear, I let off the clutch & my car doesn't stall it stays running as if the clutch Is being held down ???
I can freely & smoothly shift into gears with no grind even tho Im not pushing the clutch down !?
Anyone have an idea what it is ?/:

Maybe post this thread a few more times. I'm really hoping you don't get an answer.

Thinking its your clutch bro?

"Another way to establish if your clutch needs repair is to test it in a parking lot. With it stopped but running, put the car in 2nd or 3rd gear and let out the clutch. If it does not stall, but the RPMs go up and the vehicle does not move, the clutch is bad and needs to be replaced."

You're going to have to drop the transmission to see what's wrong with the clutch. Since that's going to cost a lot of money (or a lot of work on your part), you should probably just go ahead and replace the concentric slave cylinder and clutch. You don't want to try to save a few bucks, and then have to go back in later to replace something else.

sounds like the throwout bearing is sticking.... six weeks after i bought my car mine went out, took it back to the dealership where i bought it and they worked with me some but put oem parts back on, a year later it did the same thing. by this time i knew more about the car and replaced it with the Zspeed kit. if you can afford to do everything since the whole tranny has to be dropped it would be wise to do it then. btw labor alone (since i provided parts) at a transmission shop was about $800

Test the xlutxht by driving 35 mph in 4th gear then floor it. If your rpms shoot up without speed increasing then your clutch is slipping. Get it replaced.

Looks to like the car is not drivable. With the clutch pedal up (clutch should be engaged), he can shift the gears without moving.

I'd still like to know what was going on the last time the car could be driven, but it doesn't change what he needs to do to find out what's wrong....drop the transmission.

Shift linkage broken - And it is not really getting into gear at all? A bad clutch doesn't happen overnight.....well unless you abuse it horribly, lol like 20 consecutive burnouts.

Not that I feel like helping the OP, because he posted this thread 6 times, but this could be as simple as a missing bolt at the bottom of shifter. Easily accessible from under the car.

Which part do you think might be missing to cause his problem?

Betting it is NOT the clutch. The car is not going into gear. Shift linkage is still my bet.....

My main question is can youu burn your clutch from one day to the next from normal driving ?? & can youu still have fill pressure in your clutch even though its burnt ????
