Best state to drive your Z in??
This. Plus every civic is putting down 500whp and wants some no matter when or where
Disagree. Parts of the NE extension turnpike are clean and open for miles on end with no troopers at all. Also far from what I'd call bumpy living not far from NYC, PA seems like a paradise. I NEVER city drive my car in Manhattan but have been through Philly multiple times with it and it was a breeze

Texas is by far in my opinion, the best state to drive your Z or any car for that matter. Not only do we have the fastest highways in the nation of 85 MPH.. we have every terrain you can think of! Love the level strait roads but if I get bord.. I can rip up the curvy step hills!!

Share what state you think is the best to drive your Z!!
Indiana is the WORST STATE TO DRIVE IN. Boring, straight, winter and the popo.... dear god the popo.
Cincinnati is good for elevation, curves and its right across from kentucky which also has some great roads.

I have to put in a word for Montana. Roads are generally in decent condition, there's a lot of variety, and the cops are pretty relaxed and there aren't that many of them. Back when I was in college, we didn't have speed limits at all for a few years. I wish I had my Z back then (even though it hadn't been designed yet). All the *** hat's coming in with there supercars trying to max them out on the interstates killed that though. When I was in high school we didn't have "speeding tickets" either, we had $5 "wasting resources" tickets. That got killed too unfortunately.
When to school in SA and on the West side it what they call the hill country which as they know it's also in Austin by Lake Travis which is my favorite place to drive.. I use to live in Dallas and there are roads like that north of Dallas. In El Paso when you drive in the mt's.. There are a lot of places bud. Are you from Texas? You would know

lol.. Dude they're a pain in the
Ummm.... I think Michigan can trump everyone on this thread for THE WORST roads. If you're swerving to avoid potholes, debris, dead bodies, etc... then you're sober and driving just fine according to the Detroit Five-0
If you're driving in a straight line over the road moguls, then you are drunk (or from Ontario) and you goin' ta jail!!!!!!
It's terrible on the roads around here, even in the summer no matter where in MI. $$$$ for repair bills to suspension & front fascia every year. The holes get deeper and deeper, so our cars can't be to low to the ground either. SCRAPE, SCRAPE, SCRAPE

How far north of Dallas are you talking about? It's pretty much just highway everywhere in DFW area, same as Houston and San Antonio. You have to go pretty far out of those cities to reach some curvy roads.
Though I haven't been to El Paso, but I can see how that could be fun over there.
*Knock on wood*
Too many idiots were taking advantage of Montana's lack of posted speed limits and $5 tickets for "wasting resources," which was esentially a snub to the feds for imposing the 55mph limit for highway funding qualification imposed back in the 1970s. The end result of the policy was that all these Europeans were coming out here, renting cars and flying down I-90 at 160mph and killing lots of locals. Speed limits are now actively enforced there and have been for some time.
I think the best state to speed in isn't a state. I've never been hassled by the Mounties in British Columbia for speeding (but have been given a few very friendly warnings). Their roads are better maintained than ours and the scenery is unparalleled. That being said, my home state of Washington has some of the best back roads you can imagine where you won't get hassled... if you know where to look.

You are wise, and everything you say is true.
It's refreshing to read a message from someone who knows the facts and is willing to present these in a concise message.

Sorry, every time I see them in movies and tv they always seem to be on horses
