LSD for 08 base model confusion
Hello everyone so I have an 08 base model z I want to buy an LSD for it saw an ad but the guy says he can't recall if it's off a350z or 370z would it fit even if it was for the 370z
It will fit if from a 370Z, but really what you want to buy is a complete pumpkin assembly, which will be a simple bolt-in driveway swap. If you just buy those axles and diff, you're going to heed a shop to install it in your pumpkin so the lash will be set properly, and the cost of labor will kill you.
You should be able to find a complete used VLSD pumpkin in good shape for ~$300 or so, and if you do the swap yourself, that's the total cost, minus what you can sell your old pumpkin for (maybe $150).
