Depending on how skilled or how much man power a department has or if they want to put any effort. Not me, but a friend of mine both high school and college managed to outrun and lose a Connecticut State trooper police car, New Haven and North Haven city police cars. One state trooper clocked him probably radioed ahead to look out for a speeding Lancer Evolution because he was supposedly doing 155mph when he passed the trooper and he couldn't catch up. To this day he has yet to have a cop show up at his doorstep taking him off in handcuffs and he had the ***** to post the video on facebook and brag like he was playing need for speed most wanted or something. Needless to say, people like him don't have a long life span.

At least if you are going to outrun the cops you shouldn't have a bright colored car with a loud exhaust and a bunch of body mods hanging off of it to make it uniquely stick out more than the normal car. Some people don't know how to be discreet.

Funny, no one mentioned the plasti-dip'd skirts…that's what got him to 150mph…

dibs on the 'clean, 1 owner' windshield washer reservoir…comes half full...

Heres an actual comment from the article in regards to not being able to catch this abortion of a Z:

" New Dodge DPS Charger top speed I have been told is around 190-200 mph."

156 to 158 is where it is set. Can be disabled with UpRev, and so far that is the only solution. (Or standalone)

Haha yup I agree. But the thing is our exhaust is only really loud when going from 0-speed limit. Cruising it's not really that bad.

I drove at a moderate pace and I know certain areas in the city where their are many cops, so I took it easy... very very easy.....I was going like 30 mph and 20 mph......and still got pulled over I thought it was totally ******** of course I had to give attitude to the cop this time around because the sound was very very muffled and barely heard....
Cool story bro... and regarding the OP, Glad to see one less retard with a Z.

Our cars are getting more rare everyday. Sure they were mass produced but the more people that total them the better the rarity and the higher our insurance rated lol.
