At one point during the chase, the DPS officer in pursuit radioed that he couldn't keep up with the Nissan.

Witnesses speculate the vehicle may have been modified, noting low profile performance tires.
Whoa, low profile tires. Must be a racecar.

Great, now all Z's driving on the highway are going to look like crooks to these highway patrols, wonderful.

I'm noting the wing, the painted stock calipers, stock intake and lack of turbo and am going to speculate this guy was a member of the forums

I truly don't understand why Z owners mess up by putting extra note on the car when it is truly not needed. Listen to it stock and tell me why it is needed?!?!?!?!?

I wouldnt go that far. It could be a *little* more aggressive. But making it all loud and ricey is stupid. Leave that **** for Civics. Actually, don't. One of my neighbors has a Civic and he redlines it every time he pulls out/parks.

I used to have an agency power catback, let's say I couldn't drive anywhere without being pulled over. Never got a ticket because the cops were nice.

yeah these last two tickets I got to be honest I could not understand how I even got the tickets.....

I drove at a moderate pace and I know certain areas in the city where their are many cops, so I took it easy... very very easy.....I was going like 30 mph and 20 mph......and still got pulled over I thought it was totally ******** of course I had to give attitude to the cop this time around because the sound was very very muffled and barely heard....
