Default Help please! Will these wheels fit??

Help me out plz!

Alright, I don't know jack about wheel/tire fitment. I'm looking to buy 17" Mb Battle rims. They come in size 17x9 30mm offset. and size 17x9.5 15 mm offset. Will these fit my 03 Z and my stock tires? I have tire sizes. 225/50/17 in front and 235/50/17 in rear. Thanks

Yes, with a bit of stretch on the tires. Get 17x9.5 +15 all around. Should of posted in the wheel/tire subforum.

Oops, you're right, sorry... Do you think it'll be a significant stretch? What size would you recommend going with the 17s? It sounds like I should probably just go with 18s then

IMO,don't waste your $$ on 17's.
(they are cheap right?Got 17" tires on your car already)
If you are keeping your car, think long term.Make the change
when you have the mone to get 18's or 19;s and proper rubber.
Discount tire has plans to pay off a purchase at zero interest
within "so many months".Consider getting the right stuff.
Furthermore,as already mentioned,you'll have a stretch using
the stock size tires due to the wheel widths.A 15-20 offset would be good
with proper wheels&tires.

Awesome. Gotcha. Thanks man, you've really convinced me to wait and save for 18s...

The next sizes up I'm looking at are:

18x8+30 and 18x9+30

If I purchased these. I would need the 18x8s in front and 18x9s in rear correct? Also what tire sizes would I need for each wheel?

thanks

Most of us run a 9.5 front and 10.5 rear, please read the top 100 questions. Lots of great info https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-n...questions.html

Xeqshinor, I run the 17x9.5 +15 MB Battles on my car with no spacers or fender work and they do great. I use a 235/40/17 on all 4 corners. I'm still stock suspension-wise and the wheels clear everything. The fronts poke out a little more than the rears, due to the hubs being further apart in the rear than in the front.

Why would you put 17's on a 33? That's going to look like Cheerios on your car. Definitely save up for some 18's or 19's. As far as fitment this site and Google is your best friend.

I just picked up some mb battles. They are 18x9.5 +15 all around. The front stick out 15mm more than the rears. So i picked up arp extended studs and 15mm wheel spacers. I also got my rear fenders rolled so they dont rub. Looks better now.

That's actually not that bad. People on this forum are usually rockin' 18' 19'. There are so many thread on this.

OP- you've been on here for six years now and haven't figured this out yet or saved up the money to buy proper wheels? 17's will work, but definitely not the most popular size to go with.
