Kinda OT, but still...lol one think i miss about the older phones
+1. I remember my old BlackBerry. You could text without looking, because you could feel the keys like braile. I just use phone diction now. You don't have to look at the phone at all and can keep your eyes on the road...

No excuse for texting and driving. It's dangerous and stupid.

Person in front of me on the highway this morning was reading a book while driving. She was swerving all over the place I thought it was a drunk driver until I got next to her and saw what she was doing.

IMO she could crash and painfully burn to death and I would have pulled over, made some popcorn and the enjoy the crap out of her pain and suffering. I can't stand people like that. So selfish.

After about 2 miles of him riding my a$s, I let off the gas to try and get him to cut it out, but he continued and didn't want to budge...

I ended up brake checking him pretty hard (dumb, yes) and then proceeded to gun it. He swerved to the left to miss me and side swiped the concrete median pretty hard and his drivers-side wheel came off. I didn't bother to slow down and continued driving and flipped him the bird once again as I drove off into the distance.

You would think he got the point after that.
LMAO!! was this in your Z?

yeah, i agree. if people are going to be so selfish and inconsiderate of others, it's better that they alone get injured rather than injuring others around them.

I agree that kind of behavior bugs me a bit. But what I have noticed from living in CA and now in OH, the problem is widespread everywhere here in the USA. I see young, old, male and female paying attention to everything but driving.

I might **** off some people that are from OH but good gawd the drivers are bad to begin with here and then you add distracted driving in the mix and you have chaos every day! I have been in more 'close call accidents' in two years living here in OH than living in 10 years in CA. And no, not driving my Z but driving my Sequoia, plus I don't own a cell phone.

I especially hate when I'm following at an appropriate distance, and some idiot starts tailing me 5 feet away, and then proceeds to pass/merge into the lane within 1 foot of my car just because there's traffic. All I would have to do would be tap the brakes, and they'd owe me a new paint job, and lots of expensive parts... but I'm not that guy.
I believe this is a big part of the problem, mostly with the younger generation. It's a generation of vapid, self-centered individuals who's technology is so ingrained into every aspect of their lives that they cannot live without their phone.

I'm only 29 and I just missed being in that generation by maybe 3-4 years - I had that Nokia 5165 cell phone in high school with snake and the stupid antenna with a light on it... I can safely say that if I forgot my cell phone at home I wouldn't sweat it. Now my fiance on the other hand is in this generation and how she is with her phone is a constant source of... annoyance lol. I got her to stop texting and driving, but she still texts at redlights... She would have a heart attack and probably need to be put on meds if she lost her phone.

Anyway, I feel your pain.

Is it useless? If it was, you shouldn't bother responding.
