Good luck!!

It will be august before mine leaves the garage....

That's my best estimate as to when they fix the 5 million pot holes around here..

Sounds crazy but if my ZR had one more inch of ground clearance it would get used a lot more than 2,500 miles a year.

I'd have thought that the scientists would by this time have managed to come up with something that would negate the use of salt on our roads, Its the bain of every car owner, especially when its a daily driver.

Yep, my baby never leaves the garage when it's raining. Been driving it all week to work. Beautiful Spring weather...

Salt is cheap, abundant and environmentally safe.

But after the winter we've had this year, I dont even want to sprinkle it on my steak.

Car washes twice a week on my DD get expensive too.

Will definitely get **** for this, but my ZR was a CHAMP this winter. Daily drove her 80 miles a day and didn't get stuck once.

It will be a couple more weeks before I take my car out. There's still lots of salt and snow around and it's snowing right now. I can't wait to move in a couple years. Not sure if I prefer Florida, Arizona or Southern Nevada.

I used to live in the Boston area and would never move back. Visiting once a while is OK bc of FAM but that's it for me. Can drive mine in the rain if I want here.

It's not the snow I'm worried about, it's the billion pot holes and the 100,000 tons of salt CT dumps on the road. Seriously, our state probably pays the highest in taxes and these a$$holes are well paid but why the FCK are there still a billion potholes fcking everyone's cars up and no one is in a rush to fix the holes. So quick to take everyone's money but lazy as hell when its time to do their jobs.

I have to get my beater Toyota aligned and balanced almost every year. I'd rather fix my 200 dollar Camry than let my Z33 and my M3 take the punishment. At least the yota will be cheap and easily fixed. That girl has never let me down lol.

Every winter, some of my cars "hibernate" for 5-6 months (some years over 6) and I can understand the expectation for the weather and the road conditions to favorable. Can't say the same thing for my Z as it is the vehicle that my wife drives for this winter for the first time (it was acquired in last early spring).

Should you wonder how a Z would perform in a midwest winter, mine does fine on winter tires. I pondered last year if the larger power output and shorter wheelbase (compared to an E36 M3) would cause edgier handling behavior and such is not the case; according to her it handles just about the same as the M3 in adverse winter conditions.

Back to the topic, here is to early warm weather. I share the same sentiment and an't wait to take my cars out of hibernation.
