My trunk doesnt seem to close right?

I sometimes have to close my rear hatch 2-3 times to get it to close, Should the dealer adjust this? Is there a trick? I dont want to slam it, it should close with a light push. Can you guys help me out?

I've found that I have to use a fair amount of force to close my rear hatch. I think that it's totally normal.

light push? no... need a little force or itll only get halfway.

if it didnt take that much force, it wouldnt pop open.
