Where can I find this body kit.......?????

I have looked possibly every where and this is the only pic of the car I can find, I have posted in other forums but nobody seems to have a clue. I know this pic was taken from the Tokyo Auto Salon 2004. Its supposly the Kenstlye Pacific Coast Edition... if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks
