anyone got a z and a measuring tape handy
Hey guys. Im out of town working but I need to order some parts. Sadly in my sleepy stooper this morning I forgot to measure the rear quarter window and the spare tire cavity. If anyone feels generous er.. bored.. and would measure that for me id really appreciate it

ve got a rear mount turbo partially done. And im going to do a rear mount intercooler and oil cooler in a raised spare tire compartment with drawthrough fans. The feed from the fans will be from 4 x 3"air ducts from the little windows. Any advice or comments are welcome. The outcome for the car will be a weekend driven track car. U know, because race car

If that's the case, I wouldn't trust anyone's measurements other than my own. Any other pics?

For clarification the supplied photo of the orange and black car is not mine. Lol. Mearly an example to ease the explination.might as well tell alittle about the project. I bought her stock a couple months ago and now the car is an 07 base 350z . Sporting the hr motor with a m6 tranny. I swapped the diff to a 3.7 ratio vlsd. Which changed the car 100%. Osiris tuned with test pipes/megan exhaust. Fujita intakes. Before the tune I got a 13.4 @107 with a 2.3 60 ft time. Shitty tires didnt help.
back on topic yeah.. turbo.. uh.. damn..its a parts waiting game.ducts and fabrication tig welding. Grinders and caffeine. I was hoping to see what width would fit in the spare tire area. And whether a dual naca duct would fit the rear window. Im in a smaller city and there are none in the used car dealerships or id go cheat. If anyones interested ill start a build thread in an appropriate area. Or just an appropriate name

Looking forward to this thread. And I'm in total agreement with Syner, I wouldn't have/trust anyone else to attack this with any kind of measuring tool except myself or to look at a factory drawing. Best of luck with this.
