You were talking about weight before your gf was brought up.

I have helped countless people. I have no issues helping people. But if you ask a dumb question, you will get a dumb answer.

Because adding mods = knowing every term in the book.

I simply read online that adding a plenum spacer is a cheap easy mod to add a little power. I then proceeded to order said spacer, watch a youtube video and read the instruction. And installed it.

I am in no way shape or form a gear head, I pay to get my oil changed. Please do not assume everyone is like you. I no longer feel comfortable on these forums, the community sucks so far, I know not everyone but I feel no need to continue to be a part of this community.

When these forums are a ghost town and there are only the senior members posting, you will know why.

How is that a "dumb question"? Please elaborate on why it is dumb.

The new guy always gets a little heckling.

You make brash claims about trim levels and try to talk-the-talk. Be open and honest with what you do/don't know. Write well-thought comments like your last one and you'll get a lot more respect as well.

Brash comments? I was simply stating that things like heated seats add nothing to a sports car, which is honestly true.

I understand the "hazing" thing and picking on the n00bs and people who dont know much about cars, but I honestly came here for help.

I made those videos specificially for this issue and all that happend was I was made fun of for not knowing what the proper use of "lean" was.

Perhaps. But with the level of experience you've shown, you won't be using this "sports" car to its full potential anyway.

Well you got your answer (with a little hazing as well). Lighten up. You got it pretty easy.

We all have to start somewhere. I came from a 2002 base model honda civic with like 100hp. Ive never modded a car in my life, this is my first "true" sports car.

Even with the added weight from a Touring, the Z is still a formidable car. If you aren't tracking it, don't worry about the trim.

like jah said, do all the intake and exhaust mods and get a tune and then you will notice the difference.... i was just giving you a hard time.

take care of the car and it will give you many years of smiles. when it comes to the GF, we are joking and it happens to everyone that mentions a GF.

if you are going to replace them, i wouldnt do oem. not sure what your budget is but here are the ones i would look at in order. and more than likely it is just the bushing, and all the ones listed below come with new ones

kinetix - cheapest, easily adjustable
SPC - sturdy mid priced, not as easy to adjust
SPL - bling bling status, great quality
