This is just sad.... I mean, if someone were to tell me how this guy acts, without reading it myself, I would seriously think it was a joke or a troll.

But no. Its not. He just acts against himself OVER AND OVER.

- If Anthony Giambri would have payed what he owed, this would have finished AGES ago.
- Anthony Giambri keeps the money "hostage" to punish forum users when the money is from Zorkan.
- Anthony Giambri complaints about the use of public FB pictures, while he uses professional pictures on his web without consent or credit.
- Anthony Giambri lies about shipping issues and gets caught minutes after.
- Anthony Giambri regards himself high as a business man, and yet he rolls over his own deals.




Now in all seriousness Anthony. Honest question.
How do you have the face to demand the closing of a thread that requests the return of owed money, when you did not return such money yet???
Even if forum users are "ruining your image" (which, trust me, you are doing yourself alone), you cant request anything until you do right to the person that opened the thread.

I really hope Vo can talk some sense into Anthony Giambri. We just want a resolution to this, something which should have happened weeks ago. This is a community and we are not here to defame you Anthony Giambri just help one another against people like you (scammers). We would not have posted if:

1) You were innocent (it was quickly apparent you weren't).
2) You refunded your victims in full within a reasonable amount of time.

You chose to keep the money and even arrogantly hold it "hostage".

Hindsight is a *****. We could have easily sent this to the news whom I'm certain would check your shop out and have found much more information with their investigative reporters. You are lucky it has not come to this.

I agree. It will be very enlightening to see what is said between the two.

It just seems as though everything Anthony Giambri posts is literally nothing but lies. I don't know if he thinks he can outsmart PayPal, UPS and this forum, or if he really is that stupid. I would argue what he did is illegal and he should have criminal charges against him. Odds are this or something similar will happen again, on another forum or perhaps to a victim around his area. I feel bad for those here that got hurt from this because it damages trust on this board.

The370 forums also had a guy similar to Anthony Giambri. End result he wound up in jail and all the victims got their money back. Although that guy wasn't as dumb nor as fun as Anthony "the businessman" Giambri.

Almost 32,000 views is great and I can't believe he still has not refunded Zorkan.
