Default Need help with front lower control arm

Hi guys today im gonna try to replace my lower control arms. This is gonna be my first DIY project and im just wondering what im gonna need? I dont trust any shops anymore... any info and tips would be great thanks =)

Honestly if I were you I would go with poly bushings and keep your original control arms. I just had mine done. The two in lower control arm and the one bushing in radius arm. It cost about 4 hours of labor because they will have to press out old bushings and then press in new ones and that included an alignment which you will need. The poly's are much better than the rubber stock bushings and will last much longer. Man I love having my steering back. I got the energy suspension bushings.

I don't know what you got for A arms but I would do the bushings on those or replace them with aftermarket ones while you are fixing your bushings.
