Do 350zs have steering wheel controls? If so which models and what controls?

350Zs have cruise. G35s have cruise and radio... Must be something Infinity knows and Nissan doesn't...

Japan and Europe both have radio controls on the steering wheel.
At least from the pictures I have seen.

Why none in the US? ?????

1. Cruise
2. Driver

Geez, is it really THAT important to you to have radio controls on the steering wheel?

I would like to have them. I probably would use them more that the cruise control...

I think the problem is the wiring, not just the steering wheel.

Meh. Just seems foolish to me to go through all that expense and time for a feature to enhance the stock audio system in the car, which is mediocre at best.

the infiniti has steering wheel controls because, as a luxury car (still just a nissan with different badges) the owners of the g35 coupe arent likely to replace the stereo and what not that many 350z owners do. so it makes no sense to put controls on the z if many will just make them useless after about a month with the car

No, the reason was because Nissan was cheap

You can actually get interface devices that will let factory steering wheel controls work with aftermarket stereos via their remote interfaces, anyway.

i wouldnt doubt it.

odd thing, i read somewhere nissan opted not to go for an in glass antenna thing because with a lot of cars even a savings of a few dollars would be an expense they didnt want. Yet, the audi tt i sold didnt have it either, or steering wheel controls, so i dont think money is behind the decisions these companies make.

i remember reading that the reason the rear glass antenna wasn't used is due to the steep angle of the glass causing poor reception.

nissan could have at least made a smaller antenna though!
