Default Subframe bent?

I installed new bushings (energy suspension) today in the front end and when trying to but back in the lower control arm I figured out i believe the subframe is bent from something. and LCA will not go back in. any ideas how to bend it back or get the LCA in?

Here's a picture of the front suspension for comparison.

Is that the right place? That's a LOT of deformation. You're probably going to have to replace the subframe to get it right.

I've actually got the same issue. I've just let it be. You should be able to get the bushing back, after all, it came out. I imagine it came from a dip/pothole at some point.

I think OP's picture shows a close up of the upper right corner of the picture I have in post #2, but I'm not sure that's correct.
