Default Does anyone know...

I have been to a few car shows and several cars had these spring-like things that held up their hood just enough to see what work they had done under the hood but not so high as to take away from the lines of the car. I would say they held up the hood at about a 30 degree angle (in relation to the ground).

Does anyone know what those are and where I could get them?

Thanks.

I saw those too and I have to admit that I didn't realize that is what they were. I thought they were something specially made for this purpose. Oh well, we just put a lift kit on my wife's Jeep. I guess I'll just use her old OEM springs we took off!
