That Off-road Z keeps popping up in my news feed! Completely different style build but cool nonetheless. Looks like it would be fun in the mud!

 

Hows the winter treating you? Any new additions to the car? If you need another set of stock G35 shocks and springs I have a set with your name on them. 209k miles fresh.

 

LONG story but the Rally Z has been sold and was driven on an AMAZING journey all the way across the country to Olympia, WA!!

Had a rare opportunity to pick up a silly clean 1973 Datsun 240z with 65k original miles from a good friend of mine and COULD NOT pass it up! As much fun as the rally racing was, I could not afford to make the step up to the professional level of racing that I wanted to be at.. Now I have a car that I can enjoy everyday too VS a few times a year. Don't worry! Zelda is in GREAT hands!! The girl who bought her is going to continue racing her on the west coast and has plans to cage and stage I plan on staying involved in the rally scene as well by continuing to volunteer for regional stage rally's, maybe even service crew for one of the few friends that made the step up Anyways here's some pictures from her trip!! (And some pictures of the new rig) Cruised down to Hartford together for a proper send off! Have some BIG plans for the 240z but that's a story for another thread
