ConceptZ is top notch and has always been great to me for even $5 purchases...the OP is way out of line thinking he is handling this like an adult. When you fail to provide the tracking number that was asked of you....and then you fail to follow through for not four, not five, not seven, not ten, but thirteen weeks later.... you are at fault OP, and you should apologize to ConceptZ for trying to drag their name in the mud here when they didn't do anything wrong AND they're trying to work with you.
I have ordered about 10k worth of stuff through CZP, and i live in AUS! Never ever had an issue, always great communication. I'm sure they'll be able to locate your tracking number eventually.
For the record, and if it will help someone, the first six characters AFTER the 1Z on a UPS tracking number are the shipper number. Just a little fyi. I know what the remaining #s mean but they are not necessary right now In this case lol

UPDATE, Concept Z reimbursed me for core. They called the 3rd party company and forced them to track it down. Apparently someone logged it incorrectly or something. After I posted my complaint on several forums Concept Z called me and apologized to me and became more vigilant in searching for the lost core. Im happy now and will continue to do business with them.
