I would recommend this place www.lazaino.com. They sell Zaino but I believe the shop also does detailing. They're at the 405 and 10 freeway. The people are EXTREMELY knowledgable and very very meticulate, everything from the special way they wash their towels (to make sure everything is clean and won't scratch) down to the products they use (All Zaino).
