Specifically at a 1/4 mile or 1/8 mile track? Just wondering how the ET's will shake out once the owners themselves start racing the car and not some magazine writer.

350zHawaii did the 1/4 mile in 14.3 sec with only 500+ miles of break in . Do a search and you will find this.

 

now my car has 900 miles and tomorrow i'm going to the track. Guys remember this is hawaii... the temps. is about 85 F , hum. 65% , and the track is bad... my time will not reflect on how well it will do on the mainland. ie california

 

I'd take the slower times living in Hawaii!

I am going to Houston Raceway Park tonight (Friday), it's located at Baytown, Tx. I should be there around 6:00-6:30pm, chrome silver performance.

The deafening silence you heard to the question may be because there have been a few excellent posts by respected oldtimers to the board, telling of their 350Z racing experience. This kind of post from a newbie says "I won't bother looking back over old threads or doing searches, I'll just ask to be spoon-fed".

I'm trying to get to Limrock in CT, but I don't have many days I can go, and they have even less days to take me. I think winter is coming up way too fast.

 

Apexi350z.. I lived in Houston three years ago. How is the weather now? How is the city, has it grown more? And one more question...i heard that the lowered the speed limit in town ie 59 and 610?
