Question 350z bose subwoofer help! <33

Whats going on guys .After about 1 and a half years of owning my 350z I've been bass less. I have the touring which comes with the BOSE so i decided to take it apart to see whats up. And i open it to see a aftermarket JL Audio sub and to the poem aftermarket one. Its wired oddly weird with only two wires coming out. I can't pull out the stock amp its connected to something ( I can't tell if its connected to the aftermarket sub) the wires go down to a little hole. If any of you guys could help it would be must appriciated! i love music so a bass would be a must... also included pictures.

looks like they tapped into oem wires... go back to where the amp is in the trunk... take a look around.
