Default To tint?

Ok tell me what you guys think. I have an 04 superblack base model. I am thinking about tinting the windows, however I have never seen a superblack with tint on it, it would help me out if any of you guys have pics of a black with tint on it.

Go ahead and tint. Trust me. It will put the "super" in superblack.

LOVE my tint... the only time it sucks is at night, but I just roll the windows down to see... unless of course, it is raining

How do they tint the 04's correctly if you have the "convenience" windows. (The ones that drop a 1/4 inch when you open the door)

Do they just take the whole window out?

they just rig the system and tint it as a whole...nothing major, bmw's and benz's have done this many years ago..

my installer removed the door panel, and tinted the entire window, even what is below the seal when its up all the way.

some just hold the sensor(so its up all the way), and push the tint under the seal.

whatever method they use, they need to get the tint under the seal even when its in the FULL up position.

I've wanted to tint the windows of my Super Black since the day I drove her off the lot. But Jersey has stupid laws against tinting the front windows and windshield. I've already had a car fail inspection because of it, so I'm not looking to go through all that again.

I think almost every state has a law against tinting your windshield... Why do you need it tinted anyway? Just tint the sides and back???

aproy, what are you gonna do when you get inspected in a year or so? Are you going to get the tint removed and then replaced after inspection? Or do you know something about a change to the law that I don't?
