About 3 weeks ago I called 1-800-NISSAN1 to find out if I had a VIN.
I had to push them to talk to someone to get the info.
They also told me to expect my Z around 10-2.
2700 VIN ordered april 13th T order number.

So I deciced to call my salesman, on Monday,to see if he has an updated date since it is now about 3 weeks since I got my VIN. We he proceds to imediatly tell me that it is due Oct 15th. There is no delay in his answer. Making me think that he didn't even lookup anything. Then I think to myself maybee he is telling me this to be on the safe side , you know -/+ 10 days.

Then this makes no sense since I see others on this site and my350z.com that have VIN's near mine getting them this week and next. In addition I see others with ETA of 0ct-15th with VIN's of 3200 and up.

So I decided to call 1-800-NISSAN1 again to see if I can verify my ETA and to see whenmy VIN was assigned to get an accurate ETA of my own( adding 5 weekstto it).
The nice lady said she didn't have access to the system. So I asked if there was anyway that she could make a request to some other department to get the info. She kindly says that she can call the dealer to get the info.
So I said thanks and she gave me 'claim number'.

So taday about 48 hours after I made the request for her to verify the date, She calls and reports that the ETA is 9-24.
