Won't know until you try...
My sister is your height and sometimes uses a pillow behind or under her rear.

Go get in one!

At average height I find the seats quite high

The Z was made in Japan, so there's your answer.... I think you'll be ok. But like jhc said, won't know until you try.

My wife is 5'3 and has no issues. Seen shorter people with the car.

My car is problems now, my aftermarket seats are mounted as low as possible. One of my shirt friends didn't like looking thru the steering wheel

Default Raising seats

I,ve put 1" thick abs plastic blocks ( two 1\2" thk.) under the drivers seat mounts along with longer bolts. It has transformed the driving position from sitting deep inside the compartment to having a better view of the extremities of the fenders ,more of a compact sports car feel , vs an inside a cage feeling.Problems encountered were the inward angle of the bolt restricted the extent of the extension without further modification and an alignment pin withdrawn from its hole made reinstalling somewhat difficult.I,m delighted with the results and would consider it on my next car.

Wow, the stereotypes are strong with this one.

My nephews are 6'2" and 6'3" making my 1/2" under 6' seem puny.

Then again, we grew up on Mickey D's and Mickey Big Mouths. 🤡

Not stereotypes. Just statistics, broski. I love all peoples, especially the parents of my Z.

I see Booster Seats at Garage Sales all the time....

Most have juice box stains, and old cookie crumbs in the seams....

Every now and then you come across a decent one for about 3 bucks.

I have a female friend who is 4'10" and she cannot push in the clutch all the way. She has a longer torso and shorter legs though, so if you have a shorter torso and longer legs it could work.
