As a somewhat new member and a younger guy, I can try to help you understand. We are just shitty people. That is all.
I really do think its a generation thing, maybe a current soceital issue, where people don't pay any respect and can't think for themselves let alone use resources they have access to.
For the love of god, do not go on the 350z facebook page. It is a bunch of cancer.

As a member who remembers the "Dewey Decimal System" to find a book in a library lol.
to learn and research, I find "The Internet" sad and disappointing. So many younger folks are expecting instant help/answers. Because of this technology, and it will never end!

I spend loads of time reading forums, not enough time participating (case in point here), but I agree, we are a "spoonfed-entitled-idiotic" society now in great numbers. Generalized statement I know. My pet peeve is the insane amount of morons who either write in SMS text form at all times, or who's grammar is so horrid you can't even understand what they're saying.

Man, I triggered the hell outta one today. Kid asks on here if he should buy a IPP block for his Track/Canyon build. Ok. Then he said end game is to have a car to go to car meets as well, and I offered the advice that I would do.
He has a complete meltdown, makes 3 posts saying I'm an *******, and snitches on himself saying he was going to street race. This child obviously was not raised with a father in his household. Very emotional responce.

Nobody is on his side. Poor Mic has to always be the middleman and help the lost find common sense and logic. Because they tent to be emotional with words on a screen, and not understand the context of the comment.
