Default Stock nismo bumpers help

Hello everyone! I am currently in the market for a 350z and have recently found a great deal for an 07 nismo which I like greatly especially since it has the HR motor. But I personally am not a fan of the nismo front and rear bumpers! My question to you is, will I be able to take it off and fit aftermarket or regular 350z bumpers? I'm concerned I will buy it and try to put on a rear bumper that I actually like and it won't fit. Someone fill me in! Has any one ever replaced a nismo bumper?

Don't get a Nismo if you don't want a Nismo.

Did I really just read that?

I get not liking the functional aero but to buy one and remove it? Jeebus, get a regular Z and hack that up...please.

But to answer the question, yes, you can remove it all and put regular or other aftermarket bumpers on.

Yeah but I can't just pass up a deal like that... I've been watching for z's in my area for 8 months now and nothing lower than 120,000 miles has been posted besides convertibles and nismos. Trust me, i'd get a regular z rn if it was an option!

In the end, it's your money and your decision so whatever I say means or should mean nothing but IMO..... to yank apart a Nismo with bodywork that actually WORKS, oy..... sorry, nothing personal but I won't be following that thread because I don't think gritting my teeth is good for me.

No, that makes sense I get it. I realize nismos are uncommon and becoming more so by the day. I just didn't think taking off the rear bumper would be a big deal, but I do understand keeping them original is probably a better idea. I appreciate your opinions! I'll keep searching!

If you donate your NISMO Bumpers to me....

I can remove my homemade NISMO License Plate Frame and look far more Legit in my 03 Touring Automatic

350z are all the same. You can fit a polyurethane V2 or V3 or whatever you want. The rear bumper is horrible, but is function over form. I would say get it, It will prob grow on you being a nismo. I understand your point since I own an M3 and I debadged it and deleted the side fender grills. people will still know its an M, but some others dont...go for it 350z are awesome specially HR. just avoid driving the motor dry.

Ever consider having a non nismo Z delivered? I've freighted my Mercedes from Tampa to Washington state and it only cost me about $800 delivered to my door. If not, please let me know if you decided to get rid of your bumpers.
