2003 nissan 350z lower control arm
I'd like to know if anybody can resolve this issue I have a negative camber issue and I found my lower control arm bushings are bad they seem to be squishing out if that was replaced will that increase my camber back towards positive

That's a very important distinction.
In either case, while I agree with Trav and terrasmak above that new bushings will most certainly help/fix the issue, need to know this because...
If you plan on future changes - such as lowering, specifically - you might want to consider changing out entire assemblies versus just bushing replacements for control arms, transverse & lower links that support *ADJUSTABLE* CAMBER.
Labor - if you're farming it out - should be pretty much the same (or lower, including alignment, needed for either) for either bushing replacement or straight up R&R of the entire assembly. Might as well do it up now rather than to have to pay again to do it AGAIN in the future. That 2nd/future labor pays for the PARTS today.
