Default What hose is this?
No idea what this hose does. A few drops of oil come out each track day (I tapped a bottle onto it to find out)

Any idea? Should I put a breather on it?

That's the "crossover breather" hose. The end sticking out the front of the engine is supposed to be attached to the driver's side valve cover. That hose attaches the L and R valve covers to equalize cranckcase pressure.

That was it exactly. I have a new one in now. Hopefully that will fix my PCV issue.
