Whats up with my Z?

I own a 2006 350Z. Everytime i press in the clutch, i hear this loud screeching sound, and if i press it all the way towards the floor, my car stalls? If anybody knows what it could be please let me know.

Throw out bearing and the pressure plate are probably seized together. Drop the trans and i'm sure the issue will present itself
