Default Car noob changes taillights!

Hey guys!
So I will warn everyone right off the bat, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to working on my car but that's why I'm here!
Not only do I not want to pay auto shop prices for it but I'd also just enjoy having the knowhow to do it myself in the future.

In May of last year my 2004 Enthusiast Vegeta (Yes the Z fighter) was the victim of a pretty severe hail storm while I was at work which left it looking like a golf ball.
Well the passenger side took a pretty hard blow which cracked the tail light.
It seemed like more of an internal crack but after a few snow storms here, it got severe enough to crack enough to let water get inside of it which ultimately blew my running bulb up. Like really blew it up...It exploded. And in doing so torched the harness.

Here's the part that I get lost

I want to replace my tail lights with the SpyderŽ - Black/Red Euro Tail Lights.
Now I am pretty sure I'll need to replace my harness but for these lights, I'm not sure if the harnesses on my Z now will fit. I'm quite certain they're stock.
I also don't know how to install new ones but it doesn't look terribly difficult, but I could be wrong.

I did find out that taking the actual headlight house out is ridiculously easy so luckily I can't really mess that part up.
As for the rest, some guidance on which harnesses and bulbs will be needed for the Spyders would be greatly appreciated.
And anything else I might need to know to make this all work

Thanks in advance everyone
