Hey guys! I never post in the G35 section and I DID DO A SEARCH...so don't bust my chops por favor. I read in one of the threads that infiniti did major facelifts for the 05 models? What exactly were they? I am aware the 06 get a new headlight..and I've seen pics. It looks good. However...i've read that the taillights have changed...and I can't tell what has changed. Can anyone post pics? Just something I wish I knew! Thanks!

The taillights have raised bumps over the circles. They are also full LEDs. The reverse lights are rectangular, and autos with intelligent key have a trunk release button the drivers side rear light.

What's the reason the auto's are kept at 280hp?

it's marketing, i bet they are the same.

also, the new tailights hint towards the gt-r. if you know anything about gt-r's.

Tail Lights are not full led, the outer ones are still bulbs. They dont both light up together on braking either like previously thought, the outer one only lights up on activating the turning signal.

 

Will the Sedan get bixenon too or not?

Nope they are different. The 6MT has a higher rev limit, internal beefing, and variable exhaust valve timing. It's the same engine as the RevUp engine in the 350Z 6MT. 5ATs have the old engines.
