Default Turbo kit or 350z???

im had a 350z in 2005 loved it touring 6 speed gray, i decided after selling my last race car I wanted to build another Z. I see alot has changed since i last owned one. My question is ive been researching the fast intentions stage 3 turbo kit but only says for 370zhr. My question is would that same kit fit the 350 or has alot changed? If so is there a high hp kit out there that eliminates the fuss of custom fab work and having to worry about wiring and tuning? Im open to around 12-15k$ kit. But want a fun reliable street monster not a track car. Any help would be appreciated. If not allowed here please move to proper section I just signed up 5 min ago.

Get the car you want THEN fit the proper turbo kit instead of trying to make a Z34 kit fit a Z33. 370 with VHR motor kit might be doable on '07-08 HR Z-car but why not start with the right components to start with?

There are myriad kits available for '03-06 DE.

That said, you need to do your research on the differences in the motors, chassis, kits to fit whichever combination, and most importantly, tuning options for the various iterations.

Oh i wasn’t trying to put a 370z kit to a 350 i was asking if there is kits comparable to the fast intentions one? Every kit i found was the 400hp rating. Im looking to build a street monster. Not sure if there are new companies out there making kits for the 350 or if it’s an abandon model at this point

Well, this comment: "My question is would that same kit fit the 350..." made me think you wanted to buy that FI FI kit and back fit it.

FI FI.... arf arf!

As I said, there are tons of FI options for the first generation Z33. Not so for the 2nd gen '07-08, hence, "Choose your car first" after studying the options available.

I'm sure you know this already but you mentioned a $12-15k budget for the blower(s). Z'at include the NECESSARY supporting mods? Y'know, brakes and suspension to make the car stop and go sideways as well as it accelerates? Just sayin'.

Hmmm, guys, should I get on my usual soapbox now? Hahahahahahaaaaaa.....

Boosted Performance has a pretty badass single turbo complete kit, you can find him on Facebook. Keep in mind you're going to want to build the engine too and 12k ain't enough for all that...

im not newb to trolling and savageness. i admit i opened myself up to the trolling. my budget is only for the turbo kit, i have funds to allocate to a full engine build so not an issue there. of course suspension and brakes will be on my list of upgrades prior to hitting the rollers.... i never do anything half ***. www.facebook.com/the2jzgenesis is my last build as you can see i dont skimp.

Oh boy, I have my motor built, but I would be super worried if I ever think or plan on going more than 385 with a turbo kit on a VQ motor...I wrote on my garage wall "350 whp with a single turbo" next goal...and "never daily it" good luck brother
