Default 2010 370Z VLSD Pumpkin in a 2004 350Z

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to swap a 2010 6MT 370z VLSD pumpkin into my 2004 350z. I am reading that it is a direct swap with the exception of the pinion flange.

Am I missing anything else here?

Your car came with a Nismo diff I believe, only think you want is the 370z gears, they swap right in.

You need to hit a driveline shop to do it.

I would be swapping a whole pumpkin from the 370z.

Pinion flange is only needed if you have a 5at. If its 6mt to 6mt it bolts right up.

Cheapest setup. Use the 370z pumpkin and have your Nismo lsd swapped into it. Then it’s only a reshim and nothing has to be done with pinion bearings.

The NISMO diff currently has a 3.917 final drive. Wouldn't I need to have the matching input pinion in order to use that final drive?
