So i would like to know is there any trim that’s best like I know a lot about 370z but I just want to learn more about 350z, something I just want to know is that which trim for the 350 is like the sports model on the 370 I don’t know if that possible. Also which year is the best to avoid oil overheat.

I think the Track edition of the 350Z was similar to the 370Z sport. It came with the Brembo brakes, VLSD, forged wheels. Avoid 06 year if oil consumption is an issue.

Pound for pound, you'd have to have a GT, Track model or a Nismo to have the relatively higher performance of the Z34 with Sport. As mentioned above, the key feature of the 370Z Sport that distinguishes it from non-Sport are the Akebono brakes and slightly upsized/uprated tire/wheel set and VLSD (plus a couple of other aesthetic features), similar to the position of the 350Z models mentioned relative to the "lower" versions.
But the 370Z in general has a couple of other advantages: higher base power by some 8.5% even on base models, lighter weight than any Z33 and stiffer chassis/body, so, arguably "better" in stock form and slightly better suited to suspension modifications.
