Making my 350z to 300

So I have a 2003 350z. The 06 350z come with 300 hp from factory because of the better heads,intake plenum , and cams. If I were to replace my 03 heads with the 06 heads and get it tune would my car be around the 300 range. Is it just a plug and play with the sensors and throttle body or is there something else I gotta do ?

if you want 300whp or more look into an entry level turbo or supercharger kit and a tune. If you want 270whp look into intake / exhaust mods and a tune.
