350Z Hard Bucking Under Acceleration At All Speeds
I have an 03 Track Model (obviously 6 Speed Manual). I have been having an issue where, once my car gets up to normal operating temps, it will buck/kick under throttle. I'm talking, driving 75mph on the highway and it almost throws you through the windshield. It starts as being very intermittent, and gradually gets worse, eventually to the point you can't use the throttle, which obviously means you can't operate it. Now, interesting enough, I just recently tried downshifting and using more throttle input to see if anything would change and, miraculously, it would run without issue at probably 75%+ throttle at about 4k RPM or higher. It doesn't usually immediately throw a code, but eventually throws the typical crank sensor code. I've replaced the same one twice in 40k miles, this last one only maybe 15k ago. The car has about 115k on it right now. I admittedly need a new clutch, as the current one is toast. I also, this year, cleaned the MAF Sensor and TB in an effort to fix an engine power issue while driving in the rain. I can't remember for sure, but I feel like I've had this issue since before that. But it seriously does it so hard it feels like the rear end locks up for a split second (I say feel likes, it may actually be). All of my coil packs are less than 5k old. I do have some slight connection issues with my key ignition cylinder lock, that I've been wanting to replace. I originally thought it was causing this issue as well, but I can jiggle the key and/or connector and not see any change, the meanwhile losing power to guage lights, stereo, and A/C fan. So, I've stopped believing it was related to this. Please let me know of any added info you need to help diagnose. This is becoming a huge problem that won't let me drive more than about 30 miles in a setting, without letting it cool all the way back down to environment temps.

But seriously, I'm guessing (without researching) coil packs or MAF sensors...... do our Zs have coil packs?....
yes our z's have coil packs but they're expensive, a buddy with a z told me to clean out the throttle body and maf sensor and see if that works but they look pretty clean to me. Mine was well taken care of from the looks of it but the spark plugs were old so I replaced them hoping it's fix it but the issue still persist but only when I'm in high gear or pushing the pedal to the ground. After I let go I slow down and drive normally but the issues is still worrying.
i did see that the posts of the battery have some build up around them, I'm going to clean them but I feel like if it were that then the lights would turn off and it would happen in any gear right? This only happens at high rpms and high gear.
