Default Help! Battery and Start Issues!!!

So I have this 03 Base MT 350z it’s has 98k miles or the car now I’m having battery issues at first I got a new battery plugged it up started right up then I drove it down the street maybe 30 mins or so then I turn it off it died and had to push start to get it to crank but when I turn it off it’s like it fry’s the battery completely so I went to autozone got a new battery plugged it up but no crank at all just airbag seatbelt and battery light like I had another dead battery so I took the alternator to go get tested it fails then I replaced the old with the new and still have the same problem but now it’s show very dim lights like it has a weak connection now any suggestions?????

The Duralast alternators sold by auto zone are notorious for being defective directly out of the box. (even the "gold" series) Test it again / it will fail again. They aren't as good as they used to be, but i swapped my OEM with an A/C Delco PRO and had no issues.
