Default Constructive criticism on youtube video

Hey guys, I currently own a 2006 base model 350z 6 speed manual transmission. I have a couple things done to it and also run a youtube channel with it. I recently just posted a video on a rear axle install and wanted to pretty much get some comments on what i could do better for my videos and such. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know what i could do better, so no bashful comments/ slander guys, trying to be the best i can.

here are two links of my last videos:

Would help to tell people the MM bolt size for the axle rather than just saying they need the correct socket and generally the MM size of other bolts(minus lugs)

A lot of time could be saved from various places.

Make it 3-5min, straight to the point, where people will pause the steps as if they were doing it themselves, rather than having random parts that are not relevant.

Hope this helps
