Everyone can see from my sig, I am a Nissan Salesman. I just came over to this position after 2+ years at a Ford dealership a month ago. To make a long story short I was working with a member of the board to help him buy a Z. I went against traditional dealer practices and didn't hammer him for a cashable contract or nonrefundable deposit. Well that got me burned, I went against dealership policy and traded a Titan for a Z. Only being here a short time, this is really going to hurt my credibility at the store.
