Rear tow eye cover 350z

Hi guys,
Does anyone know where to get a replacement rear tow eye cover for the Z? I can't seem to find anything online. It's the little square flap which sits on the rear bumper (it fell off during a track day).

Must be something different on euro-spec Z33s, as USDM models never came with a rear tow eye cover on our bumpers.
