No matter what we can hear or not hear on this video, if you're not paying for a mechanical assessment from a Nissan technician or specialist, you're just fooling yourself. A good hands-on written assessment may cost you a couple hundred, but will let you know how well/poorly certain components and systems of the car are wearing. I'd want to know leakdown and compression numbers before going any further.

 

Based on the steering wheel alone I'd pass . . .

Not a rod knock

 

I did not hear much of anything. Maybe some timing chain rattle? How many miles are on this car? Rod knock is a much deeper sound and in perfect rhythm with the engine RPM. Paint looks great on that car.
