Duckbill isn’t bad looking on an agressive looking street vert, a swan setup should be left for a dedicated track car.

I agree with Terrasmak. Large "wings" add a lot of aerodynamic drag in the form of down force. This is great for high speed track usage where grip is very important and fuel economy is not, but completely cosmetic for street usage. I think a duckbill design is a good compromise between form and function. You still get some aero benefits at higher speeds while also complimenting the aesthetics of the car with minimal impact to fuel economy. The only tricky bit about duckbills is the design/installation. These tend to create a bowl on the back of the car where water can pool if the drain port is clogged or non-existent (Think Porsche 944). Obviously water pooling on your trunk deck is going to cause damage to the paint.
