Tomei Exhaust

Hey y'all there is someone who's selling a Tomei for a 370z, I was looking at buying it but couldn't find if it would fit my 350z hr. Does anyone know?

I think I heard that 350Z's Tomei could fit on 370Z with some work while the 370Z's Tomei will not fit on a 350Z.
I wouldn't call It definite but just a I could have sworn I heard that somewhere.
