Default 2003 350z

I have a P0306 code and I’ve checked the coils, plugs, injectors for it and I haven’t seen any forums with any help with this misfire I was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction for a fix

What did you do when you "checked the coil"? I'm guessing you're experiencing a coil pack heading South (if not completely dead.) Intermittent failures usually trigger general P0300 code. In your case, it's pointing at #6 so start with cylinder #6 coil pack. The key is to measure the resistance across the three plugs. FSM states 0 ohm and infinite ohms are bad. (Duh). Look for just under 2 ohm load. Replace as needed.

Well, it has near brand new ngk ignition coils and I swapped with cylinder one and got the same code.

Well, at least it's narrowed down. I would look for vacuum leaks on intake and check the #6 wiring harness.
