Default which flywheel would be better for Manual Trans?

bought the car with 130K miles and have the receipts for a clutch job when it had 122K miles. It now has 193K

I have been getting some chatter for a few years now.

Looking at the receipt I see that they turned the flywheel, which kind of tells me it is not a Dual Mass Flywheel.

Is it better to have a heavier flywheel or a lighter one?
here is a set with a 27lbs flyhweel

and here is a set with a 17lbs flywheel.

The Z is bone stock, so OEM performance without the OEM price is great.

Installed a JWT with iron flywheel (26lbs or so) on kid’s car. Very pleased with performance. Take up is like OE DMF, spin up helped with few # reduction over DMF, trans input shaft chatter is low. IMO best set up for a stock street car. When time for a clutch on my own car, no hesitation with this setup. Only at 78k so years left before that.

Personally, hate lightweight FW for street. Chatter, slippage feel, have avoided this repeat mistake for forty years, no thanks.

is the JWT the kit I linked to, or are you referring to another kit?

I don’t think that’s a JWT and didn’t specifically see the one I’m referring to from Z1.

This is the DE unit:
